1. General

This Refund and Returns Policy pertains to the purchase of golf lessons offered by Golf Management Group B.V.. By purchasing a golf lesson or package, you are agreeing to the terms set forth in this policy.

2. Cancellation by Client

2.1. Clients may cancel a scheduled golf lesson by notifying Golf Management Group B.V. no less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time. In such cases, the client will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling of the lesson.

2.2. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Rescheduling may still be possible, but a rescheduling fee equivalent to 25% of the lesson’s cost will be charged.

3. Cancellation by Golf Management Group

3.1. In the rare event that Golf Management Group B.V. needs to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling the lesson at a convenient time.

4. No-shows

4.1. If a client fails to show up for a scheduled lesson without any prior notification, no refund will be provided. Rescheduling will be at the discretion of Golf Management Group B.V. and may incur a rescheduling fee.

5. Lesson Packages

5.1. For clients who purchase lesson packages (e.g., 5 lessons for the price of 4), the refund policy applies to each individual lesson within the package. If a client wishes to cancel the entire package, they may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one individual lesson.

6. Weather-Related Cancellations

6.1. In the event of adverse weather conditions, lessons may be canceled for safety reasons. Clients will have the option of a full refund or rescheduling the lesson.

7. Refund Processing

7.1. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

8. Changes to This Policy

8.1. Golf Management Group B.V. reserves the right to modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
